PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

·      Rocket City Treats, LLC is not the original manufacturer of most candies, fruits, and desserts sold on our website.  Conversely, the end product, the freeze-dried candies, fruits, desserts and dog treats sold on this site were created by us.  With a few candies and all dog treat exceptions (i.e. Cashew Brittle, etc.) Rocket City Treats, LLC is the original manufacturer because those items are made in-house.

 

·      Rest assured, for your peace of mind, Rocket City Treats, LLC always uses name-brand candies, and desserts and never uses knock-off candies or desserts.  With that being said, it should be noted that Rocket City Treats, LLC is in no way affiliated with, has a sponsorship, association, or represents any candy manufacturers in any manner whatsoever.  Additionally, the Copyrights and Trademarks for these candies are exclusive to each manufacturer and are not owned nor claimed to be owned by Rocket City Treats, LLC.  These are just two of the manufacturers we currently use.

·      We reiterate that the end product, the products Rocket City Treats, LLC freeze-dries, are not produced by the actual (original) candy manufacturers.  Moreover, due to Trademark laws, Rocket City Treats, LLC will never name our products by the original manufacturer's product name. Therefore, we have created unique names for each of our candies, fruits, desserts, and dog treats.  For example, we can’t use the name Skittles, so, we named our freeze-dried Skittles, Rainbow Munchies. We do however list the name of the original candy on our label as “Made From”.  The goods that Rocket City Treats, LLC manufactures are labeled as “Made From Rocket City Treats Kitchen”.

 

·      Because of the delicate nature of freeze-dried candies, fruits, desserts, and dog treats, certain goods do not fare so well during transport in the extreme heat and humidity.  While we will take extra precautions in packaging the goods you order, please understand that items may be adversely affected.

 

·      Although most freeze-dried candies, fruits, desserts, and dog treats can commonly withstand the rigorous handling of shipping carriers during shipping, we take extra precautions (i.e. bubble wrap, Fragile stickers/tape, etc.) to make sure you receive all items intact.  We will not be held responsible for damage to your product(s) since we do not control the handling of packages after they are shipped.

 

·      When your item(s) was packaged, a dissident pack was placed inside the bag/container to ensure freshness when it arrived to you.  Moreover, when your order left our business, it was in perfect condition.  Please note that during the freeze-drying process, all moisture is removed from candies, fruits, desserts, and pet treats, and things such as high humidity, excess moisture, incorrect product storage, and even products being left open for long periods can ruin essentially ruin the uniqueness of these products.  Because these products will begin absorbing moisture whenever a bag/container is opened, we strongly recommend resealing the bag/container after each use.  Additionally, do not store near a hot appliance (i.e. stove), and do not allow the bag/container to be left in direct sunlight for extended periods.  As mentioned above, your order was in perfect condition when it left our business, therefore, Rocket City Treats will not be held responsible for any product damage once the customer has opened the package.

·      Rocket City Treats, LLC only conducts business as "Rocket City Treats".  More specifically, Rocket City Treats, LLC does not do business under any other name, or with any other company, nor do we allow our company name or logo to be used by any entity (person or company).

 

·      Rocket City Treats, LLC does not authorize our product(s) to be resold.  More specifically, you are prohibited from selling our product(s) on any online site such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc., or any in-person marketplace such as festivals, fundraisers, etc.

 

·      Rocket City Treats, LLC does not offer private labeling, nor do we allow our product to be sold under any other company name if our branding is affixed to the bag/container.

 

·      ALL photos posted on our website are the sole property of Rocket City Treats, LLC. This includes but is not limited to logos, and item photos.
