RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURN
While it is our sincerest pleasure to ensure that you have a positive experience with the products you purchase from us, regrettably, because the freeze-dried candies, fruits, desserts, and pet treats we manufacture are edible products, we are not permitted to accept returns due to health and safety concerns.
REFUND
Please understand, that all of our orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in good condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasions, orders get damaged. While this type of issue is strictly between you and the delivery company, at our discretion, we may choose to submit the claim for you if it is determined by us that the products you received are too damaged for consumption. If we file the claim for you, we will provide you with a replacement for the damaged goods you received. In order for us to file a claim for you, please email us at info@rocketcitytreats.com along with photos of the damaged product(s) to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement.
Additionally, if you received the wrong order from us, please contact us the day you received your order, and we will either exchange it for the correct order, or issue you a partial/full refund for the item(s) you didn’t receive. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team. Refunds exclude shipping costs.
CANCELLATION
Although most of our candy is made to order, if you have placed an order for items that we have in stock, then you may cancel your order prior to the product being shipped, and you will receive a full refund. Conversely, if you placed an order for items that are not in stock, and production of those items has begun, you will not be permitted to cancel the order, nor will you receive a refund.
